Return any of our products--no questions asked--within 30 days of purchase. There is, of course, a $1.00 restocking fee on all of our free games.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Not as such. It's kind of a "download-y" process. For a fee we can FAX the game screens to your location. This will greatly slow down your playing experience.
Do you have customer service?
Are you kidding?!? Our "friendly" and "knowledgeable" customer services reps are "available" to answer your questions 24/7/365 (now if you only had a time machine and a working knowledge of Latin you'd be set!).
I have just been informed that 24/7/365 doesn't refer to an actual date.
